Mentorship Program Course Details

3-month group Mentorship Program led by an expert in real estate syndication and investments who have amassed investments in a $50,000,000 real estate portfolio and closed over $10B of syndicated real estate transactions

By the end of the 3-month Mentorship Program, students will:

  • Have developed a pipeline of investors and opportunities to find investors and grow the investor network
  • Understand how to structure syndicated real estate transactions and how to purchase real estate using other people’s money
  • What to do once you land your first deal and support throughout the entire acquisition process

  • Daily real-time chat support during business hours
  • Weekly Zoom calls with Attorney Todd Robinson for Q&A (Todd's hourly rate is $515.00 per hour for law firm clients)
  • Access to Monthly Real Estate Investing Seminars for three months for students only
  • Seminars will include expert speaker series, in-depth syndication of legal issues, and real estate tax hacks
  • Discount on syndication legal fees for members (from Todd's law firm):
  • The retail price is $12,500 per syndication, but students receive Discounted price of $9,997 per syndication
  • Access to ongoing private real estate investing community after the three-month period for a discounted price of $97 per month ($149 per month regularly)
